Germantown Aesthetics Advanced Surgery Centre staff is committed to the highest quality of care. A big difference between us and other surgery centers is the professional, yet friendly relationship that develops when the same staff members are involved every step of the way from consult to aftercare.
Also, Dr. Laurence and his team of medical professionals have developed a rhythm and precise level of expertise, from having done so many procedures together. In most other surgery settings, it is possible that no one in the operating room (other than the doctor) has ever met the patient! And many times, the doctor is forced to work with new staff members who may be unfamiliar with important techniques.
Our Client Care Manager is the patient liaison to the centre, from the initial contact through the consultation, surgery, and aftercare. This level of care is unique to our facility, and provides the ultimate in information and support for the patient and family.
Additionally, Dr. Laurence is available at all times for questions – before, during, or after the procedure. He prefers to see patients periodically for a year and then annually after surgery, in order to promote the best result
Our Surgical Team and anesthesia providers have qualifications and training that meet or exceed all certifications and guidelines. This ensures a safe surgical environment. We maintain a 100% safety record and many years of experience as we continue to raise the standard for the model surgical environment.
The regular Support Staff of Germantown Aesthetics Advanced Surgery Centre hosts family members or friends who come on surgery day making them feel welcome, comfortable, and informed throughout the surgery.
